While reading this awesome little short, I couldn't help but be reminded of Cinder. In a mere sixty pages, Megan Hart managed to do what Marissa Meyer couldn't in nearly four hundred; create a believable future world, with future politics and cyborgs. Dirty cyborgs, even. Woo hoo! By pure coincidence (really!) earlier today I was listening to Episode 718 of the podcast Mysterious Universe, which included a discussion on "sexbots" in the second half of the show. For those of you who are intereste...more

This is another book that gets reissued. Previously released as "Anything You Want", with a not so appealing cover then, "Seeing Stars" is a sci-fi romance set in the same world as a previous book I've read by Ms. Hart, Passion Model.

He's also illegal and working off the cost of his repairs while on this ship. When they're ship is stopped, she saves him from being arrested by saying he's going to be her homestead husband and then asks him if he's re...more
I Love Megan Hart. I am not a big fan of science fiction or fantasy but since it was Megan Hart I thought I would give it a try - and it was a short story, so there was not a large investment of time for me. If you enjoy science fiction/fantasy short stories you would more than likely enjoy this story.

Megan Hart has written in almost every genre of romantic fiction, including historical, contemporary, romantic suspense, romantic comedy, futuristic, fantasy and perhaps most notably, erotic. She also writes non-erotic fantasy and science fiction, as well as continuing to occasionally dabble in horror.
