Richly ilustrated, this introduction to swedish comics is a fast read that leaves one wanting to learn more.

Loved the book! I'm fascinated by the history of comics all over the world. Wish the book was a little longer and more extensive but otherwise phenomenal. Have a ton of Swedish comic titles to add to my wishlist.

Fredrik Strömberg is a journalist, author and historian. He is editor of Bild & Bubbla, Scandinavia's most prominent magazine about comics and President of the Swedish Comics Association. He is professor at the Comic Art School of Malmö and is on the editorial board for the International Journal of Comic Art.
