On Christmas Eve everyone needs to go to bed, but how do the snowmen, polar bears and others in the North Pole say good night? This is a perfect bedtime story for Christmas Eve. The simple rhyming text and colorful illustrations are sure to be enjoyed by everyone.

Recommends it for: parents reading with their children
This is a fun holiday-themed story that is perfect for bedtime. The narrative encourages children to chime in as each character says goodnight. The elves are a bit strange, but otherwise, we thought the book was very entertaining. The illustrations are cartoonish and colorful, too. We enjoyed reading this book together.

Imaginations are stretched as we imagine being different things (from a polar bear "amid glaciers and snow" to "reindeer in a stall filled with hay") as Christmas approaches. My audience enjoyed this simple, rhyming text highlighted with delightful illustrations.

I loved this book! It's a great book to read aloud to children. I had a marvelous time making all the noises as goodnights were said. This story is also a rhyming story and I am a huge sucker for stories that rhyme. This will be added to the annual christmas book list!
