I was drawn to the cover of the book and I love this style of design. Wonder if I am up for knitting any of these beautiful geometric pieces?

Later:
Beautiful ideas, but I found myself too intimidated to try the patterns, perhaps at a later date. I just was not confident in the patterns (which may say more about me than the book).

Take the time to do the practice pieces! Once you get the hang of it, it is not so hard.
