Really relevant. Working on an interactive strategy for a non-profit arts organization, and this was a fantastic manual. Good to have read the first couple of chapters of Balanced Scorecard first, but not necessary.

Not a book to be read straight through! It's best to use this as a guide to improving practices. While the information it contains seems intuitive, it is the way of organizing it that is most revolutionary. Our agency is implementing the procedure rather avidly, and I believe it will be beneficial.
