My self-esteem is not the best. I put on a great face of being open and brave, but inside I quake in my boots. It is funny that we see children and they are so curious, creative and hopeful creatures. That the world around the is a place filled with wonder and opportunity. Seaside Book Nook
This book is full of great examples and analogies that were easy to relate to. I absolutely loved the comparison to the butterfly/caterpillar. This book includes short mini chapters that dive into one key item and ends with "Exercises" for the reader to perform. They are easy to apply and make such a differences.
