Recommends it for: any one who eats
This books has many of my favorite recipes in it. Including the most delicious mandarin salad ever! Mmmm! I always put in a little more Tabasco that they call for.

I appreciate all junior league cookbooks. However, this one is superior
I got this as my first cookbook in 1989. It was a birthday present that year and I have enjoyed it for 19 years. It was my guide to good food while I was first dating my wife.
The best souvenier cook book I ever picked up. I only went to Colorado once and I have this gem to remember the weekend I spent with my Cottey College friends in Breckenridge.
I have a copy of this because of the tasty things a Wyoming woman made from it. However, I haven't used it much.

Every true Coloradoan has this cookbook! Delicious and relatively easy to make comfort foods.
Boring as it's flat paper with black text. What can I say, I'm a visual person.

Still one of my favorites!
