I have decided to add this book to my Goodreads, as this book helped me pass the first two years of my degree, and I've actually enjoyed reading it.

I recommend it to anyone that is studying Radiography at Leeds university (very specific group of people), but also to anyone who's generally interested in Human Anatomy. It goes into enough detail that it isn't too confusing, and uses brilliant analogies to explain the body's internal systems.

Thanks Marieb!

A lot of information presented in a readable style. Good diagrams, photos, and illustrations. The accompanying CD-ROM was a helpful study tool. I need to go back and finish the biochemistry chapter; that was a slog for me. I'm sure I'll refer back to many sections as I go through school. Glad to have this book!

I read this for school and fun - I enjoy reading medical books as a general rule. This one was well organized, had good diagrams and graphics, and the self-tests were very helpful. It also came with an interactive CD that was a great study tool.

i still remember the days when we started learning the medical terms of man's body parts. it was very difficult and challenging but still i think it was worth it since the subjects we took after this are much, much harder.

Great for entry level A & P courses. I loved the added material provided for instructors. Pearson is by far my favorite publisher to use to teach Science courses.
