Have no doubt, this book is paranormal erotica. In little time the hero and heroine are having phone sex, watching others have sex and doing each other. Normally I'm cool with unprotected sex in romance, but this time it was gross. The hero says, "I'm not gonna use protection. Normally I do, but since you know what I am, it isn't necessary to pretend that it matters." Jenny feels so deeply, and she lays it all out there for everyone to see. She shows more heart and determination than Noah could ever hope to achieve, and yet she loves him without reservation. I really like how honest and open she is about her wants, needs, and desires, and most especially how far she is willing to go to keep the love of her life. In contrast, Noah may come across as a bit harsh and crass, but it is his deep seated need to keep Jenny safe under any circumstances that lets you k...more
I liked this book more than "Demonic" - but it was (as the rating shows) - just okay.
It's an interesting enough story and characters- but just nothing really stand out.
Also, the heroine is kind of annoying - it wasn't admirable (to me) that she just decided from the start the hero loved her and that was that and she was going to take away his immortality. O_o [Yeah, sound crazy yet?]
It all works out nicely but she wasn't realistic.
Rather contradictory too - all "oh I'm never going to have sex w...more

The sex was pretty good, I didn't like the story as much as much as Demonic and the price of the e-book ($10), especially when compared with the length and depth of story, was way too much.
I dont read that often and bought this on the way to the beach.. i finished it in 6 days.. So i enjoyed it alot.
More like 2.5. I bordered between liking certain parts and not liking a lot of it. So, just okay for me.
