Jordan Lacey is a PI and junk shop owner in a seaside town in Suffolk. She is hired by the young heir and managing director of the local department store to follow a woman suing the store for damages. As usual, her case overlaps with several others, including some robberies of shops adjacent to hers. When her employer is murdered, she sets out to find justice for him. All the while encountering an odd assortment of characters and living in longing for the hunky DI James.

Another good book. Jordan
Charming little murder mysteries set in cute village of Latching, England. Our key character, Jordan Lacey, gets herself quite unusual predicaments. Light, good read.

One more Jordan Lacey, PI, book by Whitelaw. Still really enjoying. Only five in the series so just one more to read.
