Very interesting, well researched topic, easily readable by non-linguists/anthropologists. Invaluable examination of the negotiation of identity through language use and dialect alteration. Widens the scope of our view of the Israeli/Palestinian conflict. Criticisms are that the sections felt out of order and transcriptions seemed disjointed from the rest of the text.
