An okay book. Most of the patterns I would never even attempt. I did like the baby section (Ch. 6) esp. pg. 142 The warm weather blanket: an easy to chochet 32x38 in stripped blanket with zigzag edging

This large softcover book is filled with peculiar patterns (and I usually LOVE old designs, so "go figure..."!) but was at least interesting to look at. Decent instructions for them, and a nice bit of history and some fun old pix made this three stars, but wouldn't make the cut into my personal library - there wasn't anything I'd want to actually *make*!
