I'm using this edition as placeholder for the English Chatbook, which was occasionally interesting and insightful but mostly tedious and discordant (mostly when describing the fantastical elements of Faustus' bargain). I wish I enjoyed it more than I did. This portion of Marlowe's work feels like it should have been much more concise.
