Synopsis:

On an island populated with exiled itsuwaribito, can Utsuho stay one step ahead of a boss who’s every bit as wily as he is?

My Thoughts:

The mystery of the boss of the serious criminals on Nadeshiko Island identity is revealed in this volume. It makes sense as to why he was protective of Pochi. It was also revealed as to why he hated humans so much. Utsuho's willingness to do anything to get Pochi back seemed to bring the guy around, though. It ended up being too late for him to change, b

Volume 3 was not as violent and very clever. I really liked this one. There was a lot more logic and reasoning involved, but still plenty of action.

How can I say no to a book that has great looking artwork but also how can I say no to a manga that's being offered to me from the nicest guy ever?

Seriously, the main character has almost no redeeming features. I don't understand his constant picking on the Doctor. He's like a more childish and stupid Dr. Gregory House.
