Just as the first volume of this book, this second volume has a wealth of information. It touches on some basic common sense stuff as well as plenty info that was new to me. Great source of information if you are seeking to live a healthier or more holistic lifestyle as it pertains to the budgets and cultural aspects of african-american. It's very interesting covering everything from mental illness, sex, diet, drugs, healthcare, environment, etc.
