This book is useful for anyone dealing with conflict, but it's written specifically for teens to help them understand the underlying tensions causing conflict between them and their parents or them and their friends. It gives them practical steps on how to resolve or avoid conflict without "losing out" themselves.

The first 30 pages was a story example of how to deal with conflict with explanations of what is being shown after each section of the story. The rest of the book was a 30 day devotiona
