Lots of useful information on the one hand, but......despite the "affirmations" part, in my opinion there was quite a bit of shaming. Yes, we have to take responsibility for why we are overweight (and to be fair there is acknowledgment that there are some medical conditions/medications that cause weight gain, not just over-eating), but saying (basically) "it's your fault!", and going on about how thin people supposedly have all the advantages in life (this is acknowledged as unfair, but 'that's ...more
