This is a very short book, but it really resonated with me. The patients that he quotes sounds so much like my teenagers, and he is absolutely right that the concealment that they practice - the mask- impairs their ability to heal.

It could be seen as a weakness that the book is so personal for him, and the writing style is pretty basic. When you are trying to help others, having personal feelings can get in the way, but it can also be the part that allows you to actually make a difference. For m...more
