Really interesting and though the games have now past at the time of me reading this there are some really interesting facts, hints and tips with clear visuals of how to correctly do the exercises contained. Well worth reading and will be attempting some of the workouts and fitness regimes mentioned. Lots of extra information on associations and clubs to join if the reader wants to pursue some of the sports as a hobby and well laid out fitness routines and even a diary of your progress you can ...more
