A great book about courage, dignity and kindness. I liked the fact that there was no Soviet ideology behind. This book is about people who we should be inspired by.
This is the main Russian book in "Trench literature" genre. One of the best book about WWII.
Artem Karapetov
A nice Novel showing the good and the bad of the USSR soldiers and officers and their heroically stand in Stalingrad..a too long novel by the way
it's just 'all quiet on the western front' russian version. but still good example of military romance.
