this book was published in 1920. it was unique to read, seeing the old fashioned tied page binding, and some of the library's attempts at repairing old damaged pages.
this is a VERY technical book. in depth descriptions of the massive machinery used to process sugar.

it was a challenge to pry out information relative to home processing sugar beets in small batches. but i did find some information that was helpful. this was the last of the books i put on reserve from the library. i'm still going
