Very insightful. I am not ashamed to admit that there was a lot in here I didn't adhere to having recently plunged myself into the music business. In fact I was guilty of a couple of things in here that were said to be avoid at all costs, and it was kind of a wake up call for me. But then of course, there is also the sage advice towards the end: it takes time to get all of this right.
