Laaser has done a good job of writing an overview of the issues related to sexual addiction from many different angles. This book is accessible for the lay person as opposed to being more clinical (as "Out of the Shadows" for instance). The many aspects Laaser addresses include the wounded and abusive roots of addiction, family dysfunction, treatment, co-addiction and co-dependency, and confronting an addict. Very helpful for exploring the beginnings and patterns in sexual addiction. Also, it gives great insight in healing and supporting others as they heal.
