Laaser has done a good job of writing an overview of the issues related to sexual addiction from many different angles. This book is accessible for the lay person as opposed to being more clinical (as "Out of the Shadows" for instance). The many aspects Laaser addresses include the wounded and abusive roots of addiction, family dysfunction, treatment, co-addiction and co-dependency, and confronting an addict.
