One night is about to change Bella's life for ever...

Bella Greenwood isn't a fairytale girl. If pushed, she'd probably tell you that her perfect wedding would involve a handful of close friends and family. But as she's never met anyone she'd like to marry, it's a moot point.

Until, in a midnight garden, Bella is helped out of an embarrassing situation by a tall, dark, han

Exactly what I was looking for. Assholes are so overrated, whatever happened to the sweet and considerate types? They're just as sexy and hot, minus the 'treating you like crap part'! How about a man that is strong and capable? Isn't afraid to back down and protect his woman? Don't have to be an asshole for that.
This was a very sweet and beautiful story. Bella Greenwood is a regular girl leading a regular life until she catches the eye of the Prince of Wales. Meeting under mysterious circumstan
3,5 Fairytale Stars!

Belle it’s a modern girl who doesn’t believe in fairytales. She believes in working her way through life, be adventurous and maybe, someday, find someone who will make you want to settle.
But one day at a party she meets a guy that changes everything…. The only thing is that guy is the Prince of Wales and future king of England.

They can keep a pretty perfect relationship while their romance is still a secret, but the world as eyes on him 24 hours a day and eventually they’l
Did what it says on the cover. Maybe I expected too much but for me, nothing really 'happened'. Boy (okay, Prince) meets girl, they fall in love, they meet the parents, they get married. Hmmm. Think what put me off was the way, after five minutes of knowing each other, they started calling each other 'love' so quaintly - something I've only ever heard married-for-thirty-years couples doing. It felt weird. Oh, and the name-change on one of the last pages of MC Bella to 'Beth' - don't mind the odd ...more

Five-Royal-Love Stars

This is such a nice surprise for me. I just want to read something royal like my favorite Suddenly Royal (Suddenly, #1) by Nichole Chase and the close one is this.
I am not sure at first as it's quite pricey. But I am so glad I bought it because it turned out to be unputdownable and very fun to read. I read all day without getting any work done. Lucky my boss is not in town.
It's not that sweet dreamy cheesy romance. It has lots of realistic bits on it, but there are some hidden sweetness in there. Prince Richard is a ma

This was cute and just what I was in the mood for.

Non-angsty, non-controversial, creampuff-type story with no real conflict and a HEA. I would have given it one more star if it included a sappy epilogue, but no such luck.

A light read, without a lot of tension. Cute enough, even if the characters are fairly generic and mild mannered.

What would happen in a slightly different England, if a 'regular' girl who is a bit of a klutz fell into some shrubbery at a party and was rescued by the young and e
Zusammen mit ihrer besten Freundin Lottie sorgen di ...more

This is a really really sweet love story set in an alternative British universe where King Henry and Queen Jane are on the throne. Our Hero Richard is the Prince of Wales and one night he rescues klutzy Bella from a tangle of vines and potplants. And they fall in love.

The nicest thing about this story is that Richard and Bella are just obviously in love. It is the situation that is fraught with difficulties as Bella must negotiate the world of the Royal family with the attendant perils of protoc
It started out with such promise to be a really charming, funny bit of fluff. Then the pacing fell apart and it got bogged down in a shocking amount of trivial unpleasantness and unprovoked bouts of nastiness from the characters. It all gets a bit much when the protagonist whines for a few chapters solid about how terrible it is to have people want to wait on you and buy you things. Yes, your life of luxury is certainly hard.

She goes around completely sneering at protocol, history, tradition, th
I was recently on a reading binge that involved a prince with an ordinary girl. Of the books I read in this genre, this was my favorite.

There are parts of this book that are rather trite, but you should expect that even as you first read this book because hey, it's about a royal falling in love with an ordinary girl. So we have Bella, who's been away on a distant island for sevearl months, which explains why she doesn't recognize the prince. She's lovely, she's normal, and she has the air-headed

To Marry a Prince is an amazing, stunning, beautiful novel with ordinary girl who marries her Prince! Prince Richard of England!!

Bella Greenwood is a loving, wonderful strong female character who made me laugh and smile through reading the whole entire book.

Richard I adored and not just cause he's the main character but he's so genuine. I loved reading about him. He was such a fantastic character.

Bella and Richard meet at such an awkward and embarrassing moment for her. As she's on the ground
Dark Ruby Girl
I really liked this one. Bella Greenwood is an ordinary girl who has just come back into the UK from working abroad on an island. She meets someone at a party not realising that he is in fact Richard, Prince of Wales. They start a whirlwind romance and will they get their happily ever after? I could see this being made into a film. It's not really a naughty romance, although situations are implied, but it is more about their relationships and the things they go through. There are some very funny ...more
(Isa)Bella Greenwood is somewhat of an adventurer. She's just coming back from a year on an island and is somewhat stranded. She's got nowhere to go, but her best friend Lottie (Charlotte) takes her in. They go to this posh work party of Lottie's and Bella ends up meeting the heir to the British throne, Richard, but she doesn't even know it. And once she realizes who he is, days later, she's really hurt, but eventually they decide to try to have a secret relationship. But life doesn't always go ...more

I loved this book. It was a complete page-turner, couldn't put it down. Fortunately I didn't have to because I had a journey to do while I was reading it and could read almost straight through! The hero was to die for, the heroine was lovely, and the whole fantasy element of an alternative royal family had me completely hooked. It was beautifully written, the characters were completely believable and I was rooting for the happy ending from the start. There were no stupid misunderstandings and th ...more

Let me first say that I'm not really into royal 'stuff' - princesses, kings, queens, etcetera do not excite me in the least. But what I like about this book is that the main character, Bella, isn't into that, either. She *is* into the Prince, though! I love how Sophie Page manages to turn a tired old tale of 'commoner makes good' into a modern, heart-warming and extremely readable story. If only the tabloids could manage the same...!

This book is just a delight. Bella makes an ass of herself at a party and is rescued by Prince Charming. Oh no... Make that Prince Deceitful...

Funny, emotional, I loved every minute, especially the worst New Year party ever!
A lovely and funny romp of a clumsy girl who meets a royal prince after she almost destroyed a garden and was wrapped in ivy on the floor. From then on it was a funny and sometimes sentimental story of what involves being a royal prince's girlfriend and the tangle of details involved in their daily life. I loved Bella, she was feisty, clumsy, funny, smart and kind. Richard was sometimes sweet and a few times a royal jerk, but he did love Bella. Also liked the characters around the main couple.
This is a believable fairy tale romance and I enjoyed reading it. The story read fast in the first half and then levelled out a bit as preparations where being made for the royal wedding. At times I did not like Prince Richard a whole lot, especially when he would suddenly give Bella the cold shoulder, but I did enjoy getting lost in the story of a plain girl marrying the Prince of Wales (albeit as I read from another review, in an alternate scenario). It was a light romance and left me with a w ...more
Once Upon A Page
Bella Greenwood is your typical girl, albeit a tad- okay, more than a tad- on the clumsy side. Returning home after spending the greater part of a year on an island, counting fish of all things, she returns to England, wanting to get her life back in order.

After following Francis abroad with the promise of a proper job after working as an unpaid intern under his charge, she finds out Francis was leading her on. Though rather taken with him at first, she realizes that his false promises of a care
3.5 Okay, so Kate Middleton the heroine of this book is NOT..... but she is endearing and sticks to her principals. Prince RIchard is USUALLY a (ahem) prince of a guy (sorry, it had to be said) but he has moments of being an extreme *ss. I did feel a little cheated that after all the build up we never got to "see" their wedding, and the last part felt a little rushed all in all. Still, very cute. I mean, how many of us grew up thinking we would marry Prince Charming? I know I did.

A quirky, sweet love story.

A quirky, sweet love story.

I find this book very entertaining. I enjoyed the characters very much. I really liked how Bella kept her identity and stood her ground, when she could have easily succumbed to the Royal way. I particularly loved the dynamic between her and the King. it was nice to see lighthearted side to him. I found myself laughing out loud many times. I hope you find this book as enjoyable as I did.
This was just plan fun! Bella is a clutz who's been on an island for 10 months counting fish. She is back in London and just happens to fall into the hands of the Prince. But she doesn't know that's who he is at first. She and he start seeing each other, using all sorts of dodges to manage it and still not get caught by the public or the paparazzi. Their trip from her fall in the garden to the alter makes for some really great reading!
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this book. I don't usually read this type of thing but my friend recommended it to me and I loved it!

Bella is an ordinary albeit clumsy young woman who somehow gets herself involved with the Prince of Wales.

Before I read it, I expected it to be cheesy and cringey but was not in the slightest. I thoroughly recommend it.

This is the kind of book that you pick up to read without having the need to stay late up at night nor do you need to crack your brain to think much about it. It's an easy breezy read which I finished in less than 3 days. The beginning part was OK but towards the end, I just flipped through without paying much attention to the words on the page. I guess that tells you something. I won't be reading another book by this author for sure.
