Stay away! This guy is one of those hucksters that ruins the reputation of an entire industry. There are quality real estate investment companies out there, but his is not one at all.
Not comprehensive. Not detailed. Like most books in its genre, loaded with fluff and encouraging words, but short on practical advice.
Save your money and your time...Russ Whitney is a joke!
