Perfect for : Personal growth/thoughtfulness

In a nutshell: I found reading this journal/workbook to be a very thought-provoking experience. The authors have presented many thoughts or questions to help the reader take a closer look at themselves and their spirituality/faith. There are some very fun pages . . . . Dabbled through this in my moms' group. It had some thought-provoking questions and near the end it has you think through how you would want your funeral/memorial/celebration of life done. Some hard-hitting questions there on the legacy we want to leave in many aspects of our life. The beginning format of the book was mostly multiple-choice and those were fun to think about and answer.
