In this book Linguvic seeks to lay out multiple strength training routines for women that can be done within your own home with minimal equipment. The routines are divided into core, lower body, and upper body. Each of these have beginner, intermediate, and advanced options. why are strength training books for women so stupid? There are some good exercises but the whole thing is pretty dumbed down.
I read it, but I don't think its fair to rate it until I actually complete the 6 week program, and I don't know when that will be.
I've needed to add strength training to my workout regime for YEARS and I'm finally doing it! I really like what this book has to offer. The exercises seem simple and quick. Can't wait to go buy my "grown-up bouncy ball" and give them a try!

Actually I still use it. The workouts are fun and challenging. And all data included is given in clear, no-nonsense way. Very handy if You're fighting with Your body, lol. Especially if You're time-restricted.
Easy steps, gotta give it a try.
