I was a little frustrated that issue 12 of this series was setup and promise of a big reveal - of letting us know something that had been teased since the first couple books. 12 was good, but I was looking forward to finally, FINALLY getting the scoop.

And this volume didn't disappoint.

To be fair, I already knew much of what we'd see here, but the way it was spooled out was lovely and sad, and as everything comes to a head I expect we'll have a fantastic and likely bittersweet conclusion.

Another good, no, really good. Volume that has some backstory concerning our main character. I know I say the art work is good with this series, but the emotions in this are especially done well drawn here.

We finally get the low-down on what happened 10 years ago that nobody remembers except Tobari. And...that's it? And the reveal on the last panel is supposed to be shocking? ('cause it's not) I think my husband was the smart one to drop this series volumes ago. I, on the other hand, must continue to the end since there is only one (thank goodness!) volume left. I'm not holding my breath.

This volume is leading up, and introducing, some epicness. That is all I can say.

Oh my gosh that ending what are you trying to do to me...

This volume was a little more confusing, but I think that's because all the loose pieces of 13 volumes are starting to fall into place.

And now we find out what happened 10 years ago...
