I'm TERRIBLE with physics so I got this book to help me as a teacher when physics intersects with biology. It wasn't quite what I was looking for (more about forces, not as much about energy) and I really think my brain just turns off when it's presented with physics, so I just skimmed it.

This book wasn't all the helpful for me because I had to switch to calculus-based physics. I didn't get that far into the book, but it appeared that it was trig-based physics. I'm sure the book would be great for someone taking trig-based, I just picked up the wrong book.

Might be a good overview book, but the formulas are too small to read on my older kindle.
