This is perhaps the most insightful and original interpretation of the fundamental concepts of Patanjali's Raja Yoga. Her style is modest and engaging. Vimala provides all the context to explain her interpretations so that novices and practitioners alike can easily follow. Vimala is a remarkable Yogini in a world where writing philosophical treaties are more commonly the domain of men.
