This is the first album in Leo's series The Survivors: Quantum Anomalies, which is set in his Worlds of Aldebaran universe (introduced in Aldebaran 1: The Catastrophe ), but which deals with entirely new set of characters. It is not as good as the Aldebaran/Beltegeuse/Antares series (but how to top those?) but it is very much enjoyable if you like Leo's work and i cannot wait to read the next volumes! The drawings are still superb, the creatures are too human-like for my taste but the plants and flowers of this new planet are once again very unique and show the author's amazing creativity.

Shelves: french
This graphic novel is useful to learn vernacular use of French in conversation since most of the narrative is through dialogues. The content is a standard sci-fi adventure story which contains certain characters that may develop into something substantial. Will continue as French learning tool.

Ganz ok.

I enjoy very much reading this serie, but I find the drawings too simplistic in many places. Leo has some fantastic ideas on how to invent a new world. It does not properly reflect in its drawings.
