Interesting read. I guess one can find useful information about the corruption and how things are done in Russia but overall a boring read. The author tried to present the book as a diary, or a personal log of experiences he had while working in IKEA Russia. If he avoided some cliches and a**-licking in every single chapter it would be much more interesting. Overall nothing special but it's a book you can read once.
Interesting read on how high-level corruption works in Russia.
