The subtitle to this book is Being The Mom Your Kid Needs. I want to start by saying this book is not just for Mom’s of teenagers. All Mom’s will eventually have a teenager to help guide and this book will help you start that process in a positive way.

The author, Susie David, is very honest and open with her examples. They are helpful and written with a sense of humor. Her advice is filled with wisdom and composed in a way that makes you feel like she really loves teenagers and understands them....more

It's one of those books that you want to pass along to anyone you know who have teens. It really helped me, especially the chapters that talking about young boys growing to be 'men'. I felt rejected, and refused by my own son recently, who is trying to be the teen boy who does not need his mother around that much. You know what I am talking about here.
