When I'm an Old Man I'll Wear Mixed Plaids
Growing old isn't just about subscribing to the large-print edition of Readers' Digest. It's driving your car as slow as you want to, wearing your teeth only when you need them and having a legitimate license to begin sentences with, Back in my day... This book is a tribute to curmudgeons everywhere. It's a mixture of jokes, insights and laughs.

There is one strange statement per page about old men, sometimes followed by an explanation or speculation as to why they might do something (like sitting in the park and muttering to themselves--to keep kooks away). It is possible to read these mildly amusing statements without laughing--probably why they weren't published by a known publisher. [Bad Dog Press? Really?]
