I bought this guide book at a spur of a moment while Hastings was having a good sale on used books. I have really like it. I read through most of it on a lazy afternoon while my brother played Dragon Age 2. The information seems good. It certainly makes me want to try out the information given. I LOVE the art work in it. Its beautiful. What takes this book from 3 to 4 is some delightful turns of phrase... in a section about my favorite dwarf ever : Varric is arguably the most easygoing of Hawke' ...more

This book included an index, an improvement over the first game's guide, but the simple fact that the game itself was such a letdown negatively impacted my opinion. It's physically gorgeous and the paper feels expensive and weighty. The art section is no great shakes.

Incredibly helpful, well detailed, and full of excellent illustrations. Now to fire up a game and see what I've missed...
Forgotten Realms Queen
A must for any video game/RPG completionist. Be warned however: there are a few typos so if you come across something in game that the guide says is supposed to be there, check out the Dragon Age wiki.
