A wonderful, clear, positive book. I'd recommend it for anyone who has problems in relationships, with others or with him/herself, due to painful experiences with people in the past - this is a guide on how to connect with someone who can help you heal and create a relationship that becomes a corrective experience and ends the past's power to control the present and future.
