I think I am in Love with Christian, the main character in Grayton Beach Affair. It happened so quickly I was not even aware until I realized that I was almost at the end of the book and would have to let him go. This book reminded me of an old fashioned TV miniseries. I liked the storyline, and the two main characters were likable. It was an enjoyable spy/war story mixed into a love story. I wish the story had gone on a bit more. I'm always the reader who says after reading the last chapter, but then what? How does that all work out?

This book is by a brand new Atlanta author. A good plot with lots of twists and turns, especially at the end.
Merty
Thriller-suspense novel with romance and a military theme that takes place, partly in the panhandle of Florida.

James Harvey was born in a small textile and farming town in South Alabama just a few miles from the town portrayed in To Kill A Mockingbird. His family was a poor, but genteel southern family more resembling a Tennessee Williams story than Margaret Mitchell. Harveys grandparents owned a home in Fort Walton Beach, Florida where he spent summers and heard stories of World War II German submarine ac ...more
