In Rosewood, majestic estates sprawl for acres, and Tiffany toggle bracelets dangle from every girl's wrist. But not all that glitters is gold, and the town harbors secrets darker than anyone could imagine-like the truth about what really happened the night Alison DiLaurentis went missing. . . .

Back in middle school, Ali plucked Emily, Hanna, Aria, and Spencer from obscur

I really enjoyed the entire series. I know they're geared more towards teenagers, but these are so well written and thought out that I can't help, but be a little hooked as an adult reading these.

I don't think the gist of the entire plot was obvious to every single reader, but I had mostly everything solved reading the first book. I'm like that, obnoxiously so (my best friend thinks watching Criminal Intent & CSI: NY with me is the most hilarious thing. I solve the entire case in 15 minutes.
Got a secret
Can you keep it?
Swear this one you'll save
Better lock it, in your pocket
Taking this one to the grave
If I show you then I know you
Won't tell what I said
Cause two can keep a secret
If one of the m is dead…

so this is it?? this is finally over?

the whole PLL series made my world turn upside down , after i finished reading each book in the series i always come up with my own theories on who is A and who murdered Alison but sadly none of my theories is correct. not even one of them is corre

Wow! That was a near perfect ending. But why has Sara Shepard written another 4 books? :\

So..... is 'A' truly 'A'?

Regardless, as long as Shepard writes them, i'll happily continue reading them.

My favorite Pretty Little Liar has to go to Spencer! (even though I love them all) :)

The second to last novel in the Pretty Little Liars series--Wanted--by Sara Shepard, tells the story of the twisted fate of four girls from a small Pennsylvania town called Rosewood. Aria, Spencer, Emily, and Hanna lost their best friend Ali during a strange, mysterious night four years ago. They discovered important, life-altering facts about her disappearance in each book leading up to this and have found out so much about her passing that they refuse to stop now. Taking place in a modern day ...more

Well, I officially know who A is, again.. New A I suppose, or always actually really was A. Sara Shepard is seriously addicting, and after seeing the awesome new episode, I had to just get it over with, and learn who A was. I'm still going to watch the show of course, everyone says they will switch it up, but I don't think they should. The ending to this book was great. I'm still team Hannah she is my favorite Pretty Little Liar, but this entire book felt like a really juicy Lifetime movie. The ...more
Ahhh. Birds are chirping, kids are laughing, and another one bites the dust. All of this could only happen in Rosewood, Pennsylvania. A town with wealth, pride, and enough secrets to drown itself. But, theres a catch. All of these secrets belong to four Pretty Little Liars. Aria, Spencer, Hanna, and Emily are back for another freightning adventure in Sara Shepard's 8th installment; Wanted. Last time we saw these girls Jenna was pronounced dead. Therefore, alot more questions to be answered. In " ...more
So freaking amazing. I read the others books in the series and absolutely adored all of them. Some of the best books I've ever read. Once you start reading you just can't put it down. You just have to keep reading. I definitely reccomend you check these books out. *little tiny spoiler* The ending, kinda left me hanging with what it said on the last page but i was still very pleased with the ending.

Sara Shepard is coming out with four new books in the PLLs serie

This book is really good and it's the next volume after Heartless, the book that I read before.

Now that Billy Ford, the man who people think killed Ali, is arrested, the four pretty little liars thought they will be happy. But suddenly, Mrs. Dilaurentis, Ali's mom, said to everybody that they had another daughter, which was the twin sister of Ali. The four girls got so surprised and angry at Ali that she didn't tell them. While the girls were now friend with the twin, whose name is Courtney, eve
The book, Wanted, from the Pretty Little Liars series written by Sara Shepard, is fantabulous. I had so many favorite parts that I can't just choose one! She had many descriptive passages which lead me to read more and more. She ended every chapter with suspense and mystery. I couldn't wait to read more of what she wrote. I believe Sara Shepard had good diction as well. Some of the words that displayed good diction are "clandestine", "sleep-crusted eyes", etc. I especially like when she used "sl ...more

this book is an amazing book. a book that told me not all friends are good not all friends are bad. you should just be able to choose the correct friend. a friend that you can help and can help you to. not a friend that changes your personality and makes you do bad stuff.

The book is about 4 Best Friends that were not popular and a girl called Alison make them do bad stuff but turned them into popular girls everyone wanted to be.

The 4 girls think they have a clear image of what happened the night
So horrible that I am actually angry I read past the fourth book, which I believe was the original end of this series. I can't imagine this shit continuing for another four books, it has gotten so contrived. Yeah, so ranting about the eighth book in the Pretty Little Liars series is sort of like buying one of those 99 cent frozen pizzas and going "WHY DOES THIS TASTE LIKE NOTHING I DEMAND TO KNOW", but it managed to be sort of witty and relatively thrilling into even the sixth book! I expected b ...more
Holy Crap!!!! Did not see that coming! For all you Pretty Little Liars fans out there this is a perfect conclusion to a series that has kept you on the edge of your seat since the first book. Kudos to Sarah Shepard on this one!!!!

The eighth book picks up where the seventh book left off. Ali's murderer has been caught & things in Rosewood are returning to normal...Or are they? If life is supposed to be normal again, then why do neighbors still cringe when they hear even the slightest sound? Why do we keep having nightmares about a certain blondie with blue eyes? And why is there appearing to be flaws in the supposed "airtight" conclusion of what really happened that night Alison died? This is Rosewood however, and nob ...more
Wanted by Sara Shepard is an amazing conclusion to the Pretty Little Liars series. I recently began reading the Pretty Little Liars series after my mom banned the TV show and it is amazing! The Pretty Little Liars series is about a group of 4 girls who's best friend, Ali, mysteriously disappears one night after 7th grade. About a year later the girls start receiving texts threatening to tell all their secrets. In the 7 books that come before Wanted the mystery deepens as people are killed, secre ...more

Wanted is the final novel in the Pretty Little Liars. Sara Shepard’s acknowledgements at the end of the volume indicate this is so. Only, because I am writing in 2012, I know it isn’t the end – there are four more books, inspired no doubt, because of the popularity of the TV series based on her novels. However, we must treat this as the ending of the series, for that it was published as.

So how does it hold up as an ending? Especially to a series renowned for its plot twists, its narrative chica

They say all good things must come to an end, and I have to be honest, it was time for this series to end! There are only so many characters you can make look guilty - I think this is why in the previous book, Heartless, the alleged "A" and murderer at the end was a random guy, barely mentioned at all in the book. That being said, this series as a whole was truly fantastic, and I bought each and every book. This last one I bought in hard cover which I never do, just because I wanted to read it s ...more

Once upon a time there were four girls, fair as the snow but unable to tell the truth. Long ago, their most intimate friend Alison vanished and was later found slain. In the last installment of their tale, the dastardly Billy Ford, builder of gazebos, was accused of the heinous crime. We now follow our heroines into the end of their saga (Until the new book comes out July 5th, the year of our lord 2011).

Wanted begins with the DiLaurentis family gathering men and women from every village around

2014 was the year I read eight Pretty Little Liars books.

Yep. That seems like a good use of my time.
Just kill me now!!!!
