This book updates all the desserts that your mother or grandmother made -- Tunnel of Fudge cake, Millionaire Pie, Blueberry Grunt, etc. There's even a section on cookies for the annual holiday cookie exchange with your 12 best friends. Beautiful pictures with exhaustive testing details for those who want to know how the editors got to the best recipe. As my mom says, "I only need the recipes, not the science behind them." I agree with Mom!

Nice ring binder format. Great info and pictures. Hard to imagine anyone glancing through this would not want to make at least one of these desserts.
