This is a fun little book from 1948. The author tells the story of Ben Franklin's life as if he were a character she invented. She attributes feelings, thoughts, and comments to Franklin that he may or may not have experienced. Perhaps she gathered all of her material from Franklin's actual writings, but then again, she may have been just filling in the gaps.
