I read "The Hormone Diet" and loved it. I have actually utilized a lot of information from it and have bought multiple copies to give to friends. I bought the Super Charged Hormone Diet because I wasn't seeing results even after I followed the Anti Inflamatory diet for long periods of time. I started reading and got to about page 60 where she cuts out all starch and grain out the first week or so of the new "Super charged" program. Excellent, informative, easy to put into practice, life style!! You can't go wrong. Like I said it's more than a diet, per se. It is a life style to be adopted to, not only extend your life, but make it a more enjoyable, healthier one. I am putting it into practice immediately after reading through so I could get the whole picture. Borrowed it from the library.

Might be a good fit for someone looking for a "program", something to follow step-by-step daily, and someone willing to study this book in detail.

I didn't find anything worthwhile or interesting. And, I was turned off by the listing of name brand packaged foods (ch. 8). Anyone looking for a healthier diet shouldn't be steered toward processed foods. :(.

Looks like there is good recipes. Same old stuff, best to eat paleo. Not sure about some of the protein powders she talks about.
