This goes into great detail about walking, but if you have the patience, it can reward you with a important knowledge about your body and all the many muscles that we take for granted. I got ithe book because I walk a lot and have begun to feel pain in my knees. So far it has reduced my pain and I look forward to learning more
Great read.. I have only recently stop hunching my back and standing up straight. To my surprise I didn't know how straight I needed to stand and where to place my shoulders. After reading this book I realise that my whole walking had been effected. It gave me the knowledge I needed to stand up straight properly. Excercise included...
Difficult reading but powerful in application! I'm pretty sure applying these principles is the only way I'm going to overcome my injuries and get walking again! I've also found the ideas applicable spiritually! Pain and difficulty progressing is often caused because though we're headed in the right direction we're not walking correctly!
