This is the kind of book that you pick up . . .then 3 days later you're already done with it! You haven't checked your email or answered your phone because you were way too obsessed with the story. You have to call your friends and family and apologize 'I'm sorry I ignored your calls and texts, I was reading!!'

A fabulous read! From the Orient Express train ride through Egypt to the mansions of forties Hollywood, I was captivated. The best thing about this book are the well developed characters. I felt as if I knew them personally. Schwartz really gets into their psyches and leaves the reader with an understanding of why some people end up so evil.
Beautifully written, it is easy to "see" each scene. I will be happy to share this new authour with my friends.
