Persuasion : the act of convincing, influencing, or inducing.

Great persuaders - people who can get into your brain and massage your cerebrum. Wow! What is more powerful than that?

The Art of Persuasion is just one of a series called "The Skinny On." These books are written in a Manga-type style, which means they are partly graphic, and lots of fun! The seven I've read are The Art of Persuasion, Success, Willpower, Networking, Time Management, The Housing Crisis, and Credit Cards. There are more. Jim Randell's The Skinny on the Art of Persuasion: How to Move Minds is a book that teaches the concepts of persuasion in the most fun-filled yet effective way. A 170-page book filled entirely with stick-figure drawings, and serves as a simple but practical guide to learn the skills of persuasion.
Condenses a lot of great information on persuasion into an accessible, reasonably short read. I'm not particularly fond of the cheesy comic strip format, but otherwise it's a great introduction for people looking to sharpen their persuasive skills. The author references a lot of other great material too, so anyone looking to explore the topic further should have plenty to go on.
