This was a very adorable Christmas tale that shows you that Santa just doesn't bring presents to the girls and boys around the world but also does things for others such as bring food and makes them feel good.

The kid really enjoyed the pictures in this book and thought that the story was pretty enchanting. Of course, he didn't use the word, he's only 3 but he stuck on my lap the whole time and was still as a can be and for him, that's a good thing. I really thought this story showed a lot more

Santa's Delight by Marisa Laycock is a different take on the whole getting presents idea. It turns children’s focus from what will Santa bring me and puts it on all those who help us every day. It is a reminder to be like Santa and say thank you to these diligent hard working community helpers. Before he was called Santa, he was Saint Nicholas, so who better to point us to acts of gratitude.

Lovely little story that is heart warming, especially at this time of year when those services that help people get taken for granted at times. If I was going to criticise I would ask for more pictures to bring the story alive and perhaps less long words for younger children.

What a charming tale about Santa. My little one enjoyed this as much as I did. Great book to show kids that helping helpers out is a good thing. Such a sweet magical book.
