Intense; The perfect word to describe this short story. His Elle is slightly different than anything I've read before, primarily for the ending. Debut author Jemima Valentino, will take you on a journey of complete physical and emotional submission of one sub to her Dom who found ardent love in the acts of relinquishing and taking control.

This short read can primarily be broken down into three important sections: The meeting, the intense, emotion fill

While the BDSM scene has never really been for me (I still have yet to get a piercing or tattoo), I do enjoy reading some good erotica from time to time, and I do get a bit stimulated when I read about people at the very height of pleasure. This is what happens quite a bit during "His Elle," as The Master takes his subject Elle to the very heights of pleasure as rewards for putting her through an agonizing series of disciplinary tests. The more she obeys and pleases her master, the more she is r ...more

I am definitely not familiar with the BDSM lifestyle and can't begin to comprehend being in that lifestyle. Reading His Elle definitely took me out of my comfort zone. Elle meets a doctor during a visit to Urgent Care. We never find out the doctor's name. Information about him is very minimal. Two years later after that visit, we find out that he is her Master and we discover what traumatic event landed her in Urgent Care. I would think after experiencing what she did, the last thing Elle would ...more

The very instant that I saw you, did my heart fly to Your service; there resides, To make me slave to it; and for Your sake... - William Shakespeare

Elle leaves England for America and settles in Detroit, Michigan. one night, she finds herself at an urgent care clinic where she meets a doctor who will be her Sir - her Master.
BDSM is alien to me. as a reader and blogger, i have seen this initialism mentioned here and there. a couple of years ago i read Ann Rice's Exit To Eden on a whim and i stil

I really liked this novella. It was very emotional. Master was my perfect Dom - very firm but so loving at the same time. I'm not sure I liked the ending though. Maybe I just didn't get it.

I have never understood how a single person could completely submit to
another human being. However, Ms. Valentino takes us on a journey as Elle learns to completely submit to her master and become his slave in every sense of the word….physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Without giving too much of this novella away, I must say it is ONLY a
“recommended Read” for those that are into the BDSM “scene” and can truly understand the nature

I loved this book, but then again, I wrote it! :-)

Thanks to all those that have taken the time to read and review my debut novella His Elle. I hope you enjoy it, or at least parts of it!

I thought the ending of this book kind of stunk. Felt like it should have been ramping up for more instead of coming to an end. Hate it when women waste their lives waiting for skunks.

I am a new writer, living in the UK with my husband, two gorgeous girls, a couple of cats and a dog named Eddie. When I first told my husband in early 2009 that I had written a book, and the genre was BDSM erotica, he went silent for a few moments, stared at me for a few moments longer, and then said, "I always expected you to write a book, so good for you." I don't believe I have ever held my bre ...more
