This is an IMPORTANT book. There is an angry tone to it, but the author has had her identity stolen to begin with when she just wanted to start an internet mail order business. From there, the nightmare escalates to spying and invasions of privacy to costing her thousands of dollars. She does get some revenge as an instigator of "Operation Firewall" that found and arrested thousands of identity theft criminals.
