I received this book as a gift and am really looking forward to trying out several of the recipes. I love that there is a section that contains whole wheat sourdough and will probably start there. If I could change one thing about the book it would be to include nutrition guides (calories, carbs, fats, etc.) I was surprised that the book does not include this with the recipes since it was published this year.
