Karen Fuller's Desire Everlasting was a poignant tale about a girl who lost her parents and was forced into a marriage she didn't want at first.

Desire Everlasting was ok. Ok, in the sense that I have certainly read worse. The characters were two dimensional but consistant. The dialect was stiff and repetative. I know the author did a great job researching the history and trends of the era, but I still had a hard time picturing the scenery and relating to the characters. The title was a little misleading as well. I know the characters had great love for each other but I failed to see much "Desire"....more
