OK, i just like to actually flip through this book & look at it, great pictures & appetizing recipes!!!
Everything I've made has been good & the healthy-factor is definitely a plus. They don't use a ton of ingredients either, which is nice. A lot of recipes are vegetarian, which my husband probably wouldn't go for as an entree but there are also lots of meat-protein items too.
Now, if I could only GO to Canyon Ranch & taste their food firsthand....

This is an excellent cookbook whether you're dieting or just wanting to detoxify because the recipes are so deceptively simple and yet so flavorful. There are way too many recipes that I've collected to cook again and again. I checked out this book from the public library, but I'm almost inclined to have it in my personal cook's library.
